Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We completely understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate schedule changes when we can. That said, our providers’ time is reserved exclusively for you, and last-minute cancellations affect other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (706) 993-6404 or manage your appointment through the Rosewater Spa booking portal.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Late Arrival Policy

We ask that all patients arrive on time for their appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment entirely to avoid impacting other patients.
